Switch to package mode
Package
processing mode allows you to process lists of files and directories.
In this case, all files in the package are encrypted with one password,
using one encryption algorithm and one hash function.
Activation of the batch processing of files and folders is done by clicking on the "Create Package" button or pressing a combination of [Alt+P] keys as shown on the image.
Note: File encryption differs from encryption of data warehouses and safes used in higher versions of FPS such as SE, SPE, PE, and EE.
PACKAGES OF FILES AND FOLDERS
Add a file to the package
Adding a file to the current package is done by first pressing the
[Alt] key. The key is held down, then the file we want to add from the
File Select field is selected and we click on the left mouse button. As
a result, the file fits into the package.
Files that are on different logical
devices can also be added to the package, as well as files on different
computers if they are connected to a local area network or have a
Bluetooth or other wireless connection.
Also, files saved on external media such as flash drives, smart cards,
mobile devices, streams, and more can also be added.
If the operator has authorized access to a local server, he can add
files physically located there.
It is also possible to add files on mobile devices or digital cameras
if they are physically connected to the computer.
If a package is required, a specific
file may be excluded.
To do this, after specifying which file we want to exclude from the
list, press the [ Ctrl+Del ]
shortcut key.
Once this is done, the system will
request confirmation of the action.
After confirmation of deletion, the file will be removed from the
contents of the package.
Add folders to the package
Adding a folder to the current package is similar to adding a file.
In this case, however, all files in the selected directory and in the
subdirectories are recorded in the list that forms the secure packet.
What is important to know is that the
folders stored in the package store their original structure.
If a specific file is located in the subfolder of the selected folder,
it will be saved in the full path, and will be placed in the same
subdirectory as the output.
This allows file packages to be used as a tool for the rapid recovery
of information arrays in the event of force majeure occurring.
Encryption and decryption file packages
File encryption and decryption file packages is similar to encrypting
files and folders.
The difference is that they encrypt or decrypt all the files in the
list in the sequence in which they were entered.
When the encryption or decryption
process starts, a vertically positioned indicator appears to the right
of the table where the packet information is stored.
The pointer in the pointer indicates what part of the encryption or
decryption process of the packet is performed. While the process lasts,
a yellow indicator light is displayed in the top right of the panel
immediately below the mode indicator as shown on the image.
When the process ends, a message about its ending appears.
The resulting information is saved in the directories set in the system
settings specified in the Process Parameters section (Encryption and
Decryption Directories).
Creating Protected Packages
Protected packages
are ZIP archives from encrypted files and folders.
To create this type of archive, the system must be in package mode.
To create a security packet, after the encryption process is complete, click on the "Create archive" button or click a combination of [ Alt+A ] keys.
This feature backs up all the encrypted
files and folders found in the "Encrypted
files and folders" directory as specified in the system settings.
The next step is to show where we would like to record the archive and
what name.

Delete files in the package
Unlike deleting files when deleting
packages, deleting all the files saved in the package.
This form of erasure is irreversible.
To delete the files in the package, you must either select the
appropriate function from the system menu or use the [Shift+Alt+Del] key combination.
Clearing the package information is done by clicking on the "Clear Information" button or by pressing a combination of [Alt+C]
When generating a new packet, the
current information will be deleted.
However, if the packet information panel is closed without the packet
being deleted, the information is retained.
Packet information can be saved to a file and used later. To do so,
click the "Save Package" button
or press the [Ctrl+S] key
combination.
To load a saved package, you need to click on the "Load a Package" button or press [Ctrl+L].
Once the file selection module opens, we select the package that we
want to load and click on the arrow to the right of the "Load" label.
