LE3.1.1.4
FILE AND FOLDERS MANAGEMENT
OPERATIONS
The main operations that can be performed with files and folders are copying, moving, renaming, and deleting.
Their reliable and secure performance is extremely important in the day-to-day operation of the operator.
Reliable and secure execution of basic file and folder operations in the FPS exploitation process facilitates the performance of file system management duties and ignores the possibility of committing errors that would lead to the destruction of the integrity of the information arrays.
In addition to the features listed, File Protect System allows full control of files and folders on other installed applications such as antivirus software, text editors, table data processing programs, business applications, etc. For example, the operator can scan files and folders in the event of any suspicion of viruses or other malicious code that is critical to the overall security of the computer configuration.
Using OneDrive
OneDrive is a free
online storage space for personal or corporate data that is provided
with a Microsoft account registration.
When files or folders are located in OneDrive, users can access them
from any computer, tablet, or mobile phone.
OneDrive
is a cloud service provided by Microsoft. It allows access to all work
files, regardless of location. With OneDrive it is possible to exchange
documents between individuals and legal entities. Typically, this kind
of cloud service is used by businesses.
The files you record in OneDrive are available online at: OneDrive.com
and off-line (in case your computer is not connected to the Internet)
on your computer. When you connect to the internet, OneDrive updates
online versions of the changes you made off-line.
Off-line files are useful when you do not have an Internet connection
but can also take up space on your computer.
By including files on demand, you can choose which files are always
available locally on your device and which files are available only
when you are online (when connected to the Internet).
File Protect System allows reliable
protection of files and folders saved in OneDrive.
The reason for this is that FPS integrates seamlessly with all
available cloud technologies. Since application is virtually
unimportant where the files and folders are physically located, if they
have access to them, the encryption and decryption processes are no
different from those used to process local data.
Note: For security reasons, it is recommended that files and folders be encrypted before they are placed in the cloud.
Using File Protect System with OneDrive or other cloud technologies turns your computer into a hybrid encryption machine that can process data stored on a secure server.
Note: With higher FPS versions and a registered business account in OneDrive, it is possible to build a high-performance, secure private cloud.
