Get help for the application
File Protect System provides end-users access to business information that allows them to make the most of the available features.
In standard app versions, help
information is available online.
In case of need, access to off-line information is also provided in the
form of PDF and RTF files.
Although FPS provides the ability to print on paper, the idea is to
minimize the use of paper and consumables. This is due not so much to
economic as to environmental considerations.
Access to on-line help documentation is
done by selecting "Help" from
the main menu, then "Help information".
The alternative solution is to use a combination of keys [Alt+F1].
As a result of these actions, you will visualize the online user's
guide as shown on the image.

If necessary, the user can print the paper handling manual. It is recommended to print only those elements of the manual that are important in everyday activities and are used most often.
Note: The advantage of the on-line tutorial is that it is continually updated and includes all changes made to the application.
Feedback system
The feedback system allows users to request a response from a support team to a specific question about the functionality of the application.
Sometimes
there may be questions about using the program product. If the user can
not find answers to these questions in the official documentation, they
can ask the support team. Once the inquiry has been reviewed, it will
be duly documented and the user will receive the answers to the
questions.
In this version of the app, queries are done using a contact form that
is enabled from the System Help menu and the Contact form submenu, or
by pressing a combination of Alt + F3 keys.
Once the contact form is visualized, it
is necessary to enter the required information.
In the "Nickname" field, the
user enters the nickname you chose.
It is desirable that the pseudonym is not tied to personal information.
In the "Contact e-mail" it is
necessary to enter a mailbox, where the answer to the question will be
answered.
A short description of the topic of the query is entered in the Subject
field.
Note: Once the response is sent to the user, the feedback e-mail address is deleted if it is public. This is not the case when an anonymous mailbox ID is specified.
